The work seems to be very good. Obviously that is of great importance. I would just recommend that anybody press harder for accurate information regarding turnaround time, and maybe compare that to other options before committing. I am not doubting that the turnaround time I experienced is "typical"...it just was not nearly what I was led to believe when the process started.

Everything was good to great except for the amount of time we were without the vehicle. If the expectation was accurately set from the time the appointment was set, I may feel differently, but the timing was not even close to accurate relative to the story told by the person who I worked with to schedule the appointment.

The car looks as good as new! I know it took a little longer than the people at the Caliber in St. Cloud would have liked, but I understand they were simply extremely busy. I appreciated the regular updates and communication.

It took too long to complete. 3 fenders were order and 2 weren't acceptable. And the painter was out sick for 2 days, while I paid for a rental car.
