Very time consuming. Lost parts, unclear communication. Great work though. Very impressed with the body work and finished product. If it weren’t for the almost 8 weeks I would say it was perfect.

Not the best experience and the shop seemed to not have much of a problem with losing parts and having my car for almost 2 months. The apology was very insincere.

Very time consuming. Bad communication. Very inconsistent body work. Door seams don’t line up. Hood to body seams not consistent. All my stuff what was in the car is now flithy dirty. Picking up the car was just a matter of fact after they had my car for 7 weeks and ordered the wrong parts, lost other parts and didn’t communicate any of the progress or issues well.

No phone calls through the process until the end when they told me they lost parts to my car and had to push my completion date back. Texts of progress very vague and they expected me to know what they were talking about like I work in the industry.

All in all, great customer service. Slight confusion initially about the scheduling process of just getting an estimate vs dropping the vehicle off for repairs, but that was no big deal and quickly resolved. LOVE, LOVE getting text messages updating us on the state of repairs. Very friendly front desk staff.
