They told me that they were a bit short on staff and my repairs took nearly 3 weeks plus my car's camera and Rader was not correctly calibrated and a check PCS system was on when I came to pick it up. Caliber collision provided me with a rental vehicle and made sure that the problem was resolved and the car looks and works great now.

Unfortunately it took much longer to repair my car than I anticipated and I incurred a significant car rental bill. Also the technician who calibrated the my car's pre collision system did not do it right and my car had a check PCS system warning on when I went to pick it up. Thankfully Caliber collision provided my a rental car to use until they could correctly calibrate the Pre-collision windshield camera. The car looks great and everything works perfectly now.
