This is the only repair shop I use. The work was top notch as usual. The staff made the entire process easy from original estimate, setting up the rental car to be there when I dropped off my vehicle. My repairs were completed a few days early and a tech went out to my vehicle with me to make sure I was happy with the work. Excellent job to everyone involved in my vehicle repair. I wish the text messages were consistent and correct- had wrong days in the texts for it it was a Tuesday or Thursday. Also didn’t proactively tel me my repairs were going to take longer, I called on the date we thought it would be ready

Hi, my name is ‘Meri B.’ I Tend to ‘ramble on…’ about personal ‘situations…’ unfortunately STRESS brings that out. Chad listened and responded compassionately. The estimated time for the (2) jobs NEEDED fixing took (8) months to get in. (Because , I’m SURE- that there were A LOT of cars needing repairing/hail damage in the fall and slippery winter roads.) SOooo I understood! HOWEVER- IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH WAITING EVERY SINGLE day for!! The estimate to ‘get the JOB done,’ was :3 weeks. Guess what? It ONLY took (2) weeks for BOTH my frontside and front bumper(it ‘met up,’ with a snow bank on a slippery turn, in January . ) Within those two weeks, my hood(hail damage). Got replaced, TOO!! WHEN I went to go pick my ‘Ladybug’ (maroon colored SUV) up, it WAS TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!! ‘‘She’ LOOKED ABSOLUTELY BRAND NEW !! I couldn’t resist giving my ‘Ladybug’ {car} a BIG hug from the front ! (Bet NO one EVER had seen THAT before?!? Lol) To top it off EVEN MORE… someone DID a FABULOUS job on/in the interior, as well…!! I GIVE THIS Group of PROFESSIONALS MORE than a 10:10….! A ‘zillion X+%. !!’ I WILL NEVER forget the FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, good hearted Receptionists/Estimators, NOR the body shop PROFESSIONALS!! Honest to God on ALL my statements!! BLESSINGS!! ETERNITY of GRATITUDE & APPRECIATION!! BLESSINGS -AGAIN TO ALL at Caliber Collision Co.!! Meri B., St.Cloud, MN & CA
