We were originally told our vehicle would be back in 4 days by the scheduler. It ended up being 14 total work days and parts or all of 4 weeks. The text updates are worthless and it was only the last day we received phone calls about the status. Otherwise we had to call. Gina went out of her way to try and help us. Chad was sincere and gave us honest information. The rest of the staff were not sincere about getting our daughters vehicle back in time for her to go to college. We have had many repairs at this location under previous ownership with outstanding service. Not sure we will go back to Caliber again.

I would have given less stars, but they ended up making things right. I was beyond upset how they were going to let my vehicle originally leave the shop when the paint color wasn't even close to matching and they thought it was ok to let it go like that. Upon them repainting the bumper, they matched it much better!
