It was the second discussion that determined I would not ever have another vehicle repaired by this shop. Was basically accused of trying to fraudulently get repairs covered by the insurance or get Caliber to do repairs for free. I was just exploring the possibility of getting previous damage repaired. If I had not already waited for months to get my vehicle into the shop I would have come got and taken it somewhere else after that discussion. The previous owner of the shop did all my repairs now I will have to find somewhere else to go. Very disappointed!

Very likely that I would recommend caliber to anyone who needed some bodywork or paint on their car.

Caliber did 90% better in matching the original paint color of our car. The nicest thing is the bumper is not an orange color in the sun as it was before on our red car. Chad who works there and looked at the bad pain job that was on our car, was excellent to work with.
