We’ve taken our vehicles to Jeff’s Auto Body in the past and after Caliber Collision bought them I wasn’t sure what to expect from a big chain place. So here goes: it was an unbelievably great experience considering you’re there because your vehicle has issues. Friendly and efficient. My truck needed a lot of front end work, all aesthetic but there’s a lot of electronics and sensors built into bumpers and headlights now. Somehow they matched the paint color to perfection and it looked like they detailed my truck inside and out. It was immaculate! You’d never know I hit a bear. My truck looked new again! The job was done faster than expected, too. I highly recommend them.

So here goes: it was an unbelievably great experience considering you’re there because your vehicle has issues. Friendly and efficient. It has small-town vibes. Tammy at the front desk is there to greet you and answers the phone. They treat you like a valued customer, not a number. Tyler walked around the truck with me pointed out the various damaged parts and explained the process to me so I knew what to expect moving forward. He also called several times to give me updates. My insurance adjuster was not very friendly so working with Tyler and Tammy made the whole situation much more pleasant. To top it off my truck was done earlier than expected! When I picked it up Tyler again walked around my truck with me. Very thorough and courteous.

Body work was good, 3rd brake light they installed was old worn out and overpriced, broken windshield glass was not cleaned up even when I was quoted for it. Poor treatment of customers belongings.
