We have never been as satisfied as when we had Caliber handle our claim. Sandy and especially Dalton were very personable and professional, keeping us abreast of the progress of our claim during every step. The vehicle was completed to our satisfaction and on time. However, one incident did occur when the replacement trailer hitch cover fell off of our vehicle the second day after we took possession and was lost. Caliber again responded responsibly and made arrangements to order yet again another hitch cover. We are awaiting their call to install this part so that our vehicle with only 3000 miles on it can look new again. The company should consider themselves very fortunate to have such competent and professional employees on their team.
