I went to another collision repair shop first and was not impressed with their customer service at all, from the first phone call with Caliber I knew I was making the right choice to use them. Caliber’s communication was awesome during the whole process, I felt in the loop the entire time my truck was in their hands. I know their are many locations, but the experience that Manny and the staff gave me felt like it was a little mom and pop shop that really cared about me and the quality of work done. I will highly recommend this location in St. Cloud to friends and family!
