Greg and Manny provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I received regular updates on the progress of the work being performed. When the job was completed and the vehicle was ready for pick-up, we were under stay at home order and since I am high risk, Greg offered to delivery the vehicle to my home. Both Greg & Manny arrived at my home and we inspected the work and completed paperwork. The finished product looks as if the vehicle came off the dealership floor day one. I was impressed with their teams work. I highly recommend having your body work and paint work done here. True Professional's.

Manny provided exceptional service and was very professionally and detailed throughout the whole process. I was updated almost everyday on the status of my car & my car was finished way faster than I expected. I was a little weary when I was informed my car would be sent to the St Cloud location. But once my car was done Manny went out of his way to bring me my car & also returned my rental! Not to mention filling up the tank before drop off! The quality of the job done was beyond what I expected. I wanted to cry seeing that my car was washed and clean as new inside!! Thank you Caliber Collison for everything, I would definitely recommend! Give Manny a raise or make him president, he has my vote! 😊

Customer service was impeccable. The communication and updates were fantastic! An overall rating of a 10 is an order. A suggestion: when you inform your clients you will give the vehicle a bath and clean it up (which the outside body looked great) & we appreciate the bath it did get, perhaps including the wheels could be arranged. After all, they get dirty too. Thank you.
