Staff were incredible in handling our repairs. Jeff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and kept us informed during the entire process. My crosstrek looks like new - can’t even tell where repairs were made. Definitely a 5 star establishment. Highly recommend!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my BMW X3. The repair came out perfect, and the paint match was spot on, which is impressive because it’s a difficult color to match. The car looks like it was never in an accident. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly cared about making sure I was happy with the repairs. That’s something that’s hard to find these days. Brandon was especially great to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend the St. Cloud Caliber Collision location to anyone needing repairs.

The young lady at the front desk is pleasant and efficient. Jeff was detailed in explaining the process. When I dropped off my vehicle, a nice young man gave me a ride home. I didn’t ever have to wait long enough to place a piece of the puzzle they have on a table in the office but they pieced my vehicle back together and I’m so happy. 🚙

From the moment I got there until the time I picked up my car, I was treated with professionalism and honestly felt like everything was done with a personal touch, Brandon was my contact, and he did an outstanding job of keeping me informed and the way he coordinated everything and actually finished ahead of schedule was really really impressive, and I say this as a former business owner, who knows the importance of communication and professional work and scheduling as well, I would rate my entire experience, a 10 out of 10 and even though I hope I don’t have to ever go back lol because I hope I don’t ever have damage on my car again. Obviously, I do know that anybody who should ask me for a recommendation I will 100% recommend caliber collision.
