The issue we had was that we wanted it to be done while we were out of town and were originally told that that was likely. Because that was not the case we had to rent a car, none were available from their rental place because of lack of cars and shortage of time. We ended up going to Budget and paying an unexpected 155.57 out of pocket. We were paying the repair costs out of pocket and so didn’t get that perk. That made an excellent job of repair a little disappointing.

The end result is great, but it took a bit longer than expected.

I dropped my vehicle off the very first day that Abra was transitioning to Caliber, so there was some confusion that morning...could have been smoother. But, in the end, they gave me very good customer service.

This location seems incredibly busy (possibly understaffed) and still provided great customer service. I received daily updates via text and phone; texting would have been fine but I appreciate the extra step to get in contact with me. Attention to detail was also impressive. Jackie was awesome, even pointing out a dent in my vehicle I wasn’t aware of. Keep up the great work.
