I was told they would buff several of the other scratches and scratches that were in the same vicinity of the damage. None of the items were buffed, and all that was left was where I can see marker where it was written on my car which left marks in my paint. I would now have to plan another trip back to have the marks taken off rather than the buffing done. It seemed they were in a rush and did the bare minimum effort.
