Rating: 4/10Stars I regret to say that my experience with caliber collision at university Ave Saint Paul was thoroughly disappointing from start to finish. The repair took significantly longer than the estimated completion time, and the lack of communication throughout the process was unacceptable. I received no timely updates regarding the status of my vehicle and was consistently met with poor communication and extremely bad customer service whenever I attempted to follow up via phone. To make matters worse, when I finally picked up my car, it was not in the condition I had left it. Got my car back with not properly securely mounted parts and also forgotten parts. The interior was covered in a thick layer of dust from the repair work, which had not been cleaned or addressed. Additionally, I had explicitly requested a follow-up after I was informed that the repairs were completed, but that request was completely ignored. Till I got to the shop in person and talked to manager. Ultimately, the combination of delays, unprofessional communication, and the substandard unsafe condition in which I received my car has left me with no confidence in this establishment. I would never bring my vehicle here again and would caution others to consider alternative repair shops.

Well for starters I picked my car up and the bumper i had replaced came with fresh dings and scratches. Also the whole driver side of my car is covered in baked on soap scum from not being washed off and set in the sun. And on top of that they didnt even adjust the driver side headlight correctly. It was more aligned before I brought it in to get fixed

I appreciated that Caliber Collision got me in a rental car quickly, took down the information about both my car insurance and the other driver’s insurance, and worked quickly to get my car back to me. I especially appreciated the lady working at the desk who explained the paperwork to me clearly and concisely. Caliber Collision made that part of the car accident painless.
