I really appreciated the updates via email that let me know what was going on without needing to talk on the phone or check in. Made me feel like things were moving even when things were held up by a day it still felt like things were done right on time.

If there was no issue with how long it would take and I did not need the vehicle then I would rate it a 10. The repair was great but I was misinformed at the beginning how long it would take to replace a bumper cover.
