There are routine service experiences and then there are memorable ones. At Caliber in Stone Mountain, GA. I was privileged to have a memorable experience. I had been in a minor fender-bender, and was anxious to get my car repaired. I made an appointment with Brandon Wertz, a service advisor. I expected the worst since body repairs inevitably run higher than expected. Brandon looked at the damage and immediately began to move some parts around in order to align some seams in the bumper. Then he assessed my grill, which had been damaged. Because he had fixed the bumper problems, he said only the grill needed to be replaced. I was very relieved. Two days later Brandon scheduled my car to be repaired while I waited in the shop. Because of this exceptional service, I will always take my car body work to Caliber. More importantly, I will enthusiastically recommend Caliber to others. Brandon (and the receptionist Charlie) made my experience actually pleasurable, which I never could have anticipated. Congratulations to Caliber for employing such competent and customer-oriented people.
