I have to say, that we all know that life comes with it's ups and downs for Everyone.....Sometimes in the form of accidents involving our automobiles... But what sometimes may seem to be a misfortune, can sometimes be a blessing. This has been the case for me. From the beginning of this experience to the end, (from the receptionist, to the gentleman who first made an honest and fair assessment of the damages and repairs needed, to the car rental company, to the very attentive young lady who met me when it was time to check out the finished work before my cars release, to the great repairmen who found it no imposition to make a minor adjustment needed, to the gentlemen who were very helpful in answering questions regarding other minor cosmetic work I was considering, by informing me of my options and offering direction, and even the text messages informing me of the progress of the repair work, and the pre-recorded messages, served to give me a level of comfort and appreciation I truly had not anticipated, nor expected. I have found your business and each and everyone of your associates to be very professional and caring service providers. Instead of what many may consider a misfortune, I find the whole experience to actually have been a blessing. I sincerely thank you ALL for your truly "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE"!. When I took my car to Caliber Brandon and I went outside and went over the damages. I told him the horn didn't work after the accident and he wrote horn on the driver window. When I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed the horn still didn't work. I confronted him about it so they took the car in the shop before I left and said they would order me another horn. I haven't heard anything from him since last Friday.
