Texting is a great method of communication but only when it’s accurate. I kept getting messages indicating updates on when my “repaired” vehicle would be completed, and it was marked as a total loss. Receptionist was an amazing communicator and exhibited a high level of customer service. I just wish my service tech was more on point and calling me to discuss might have been better than random daily text messages which provided little info. Finally, I gave verbal approval to move my vehicle to IAA on 5 separate occasions between CC and IAA. Left hand not talking to the right hand. Quite frustrating! Still would recommend your shop but maybe pick up the phone and have a conversation instead of text messages that don’t reflect what’s really going on.

Superb! No notes! Great service from start to finish! Even though it was early in the morning, Ahmad had such positive energy. He was very thorough and upfront about explaining the process with my car while still being kind and patient. My car was done in a few hours when I had thought it would be in the shop for days. I received my car way sooner than expected and in amazing condition inside and out. Ahmad really went above and beyond my expectations and I am so appreciative. Thank you!
