Repair itself was good. I was impressed with the quality of the repair and they even made the car look nicer. Caliber gets dinged a couple points for the fog light, which was inconvenient for me to have to schedule to bring it back. Additionally, when I called to inform about this issue, there was an insinuation on the phone that it must have happened while I was driving (i.e. felt like shifting the blame to me) since Caliber does "diagnostics" before finishing the car up. Other than that, customer service was good and when I did bring it back, I was helped very quickly.

The repairs were completed four days after the scheduled time, but the technician called to explain the reasons and the due date was met. I was very pleased with the service. The car is running great and looks good too.
