I called the office to inquire about getting an estimate after my car was in an accident. The receptionist was extremely kind and attentive and set me up with something later that day! When I arrived in person, I met with Justin Bliss. I was nervous as I wasn't sure how the process worked, but he explained it all and made me feel so much better. I also really appreciate the receptionist, who let me know that the rental car companies can sometimes pick me up in a shuttle if I ask. When I dropped off the car, she personally called to let them to know to send it for me. I was delighted to find that updates were being sent to my phone. It was a great relief to know everything was right on schedule and that they cared enough to let me know! I called twice to ask a question, and Justin himself took the call and spent the time answering them. On the day of pickup, I called to let them know that I was running a fever and wouldn't be able to make it to pick the car up for a day or two. Imagine my surprise when they called back and offered to drive the car to my home a few minutes away. I cannot thank Caliber Collision enough for their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. A giant thank you to the entire team. If I or anyone I know is in an accident, I know who I will recommend they take the car to. =) All the best, Jessica

Justin was awesome. He went above and beyond in making sure I received a great customer experience. He let me know what was going on the entire time. I didn't have to call him because he continuously called me and let me know about even the smallest update. He also noticed a few additional things on my car that needed to be fixed, made me aware of them, and fixed them. Also, because of his great customer service, I not only had my car repaired for the one current claim, but while it was still in the shop, I had him do another repair on my car for a separate claim I hadn't dealt with yet. The repair job was great too. I sincerely appreciate all of the work that everyone behind the scenes provided as well to get my car back in shape. I will be referring everyone I know to Caliber Collission, and posting an awesome review on yelp. If I ever need another repair job done on my car (hopefully I won't!), I will be coming back.
