The vehicle was repaired so well that it looks brand new from the point of impact! I have had minor accidents in the past and Caliber was my choice then, as it was now for this very reason. Their attention to detail was immaculate.

The customer service was fantastic throughout the repair process. Everyone was cordial and professional when asking questions, and handled the paperwork efficiently as well as providing copies. They made sure I understood what was written on the invoice and that the insurance would be handling payment.

This was my 2nd experience here. Both times, Monica was my contact and the reason I returned. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, true to her word and so easy to communicate with. She makes an already stressful situation so much less painful. The other staff at the front (sorry, I forgot her name) is also great. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a body shop.
