Overall a terrible experience. This Caliber Collision team told me they will keep me posted through call or text on the progress of the repair. However, throughout the process no one called me. I had to call in myself for an update of my car. They initially told me the repair is going to take about 1 week. But eventually it’s about 2 weeks. After the repair was completed, they notified me to come in at 5pm on Friday to pick up my car. When I arrived, I noticed there is a dent close to front headlight on the driver side (where the service was performed). I talked to the manager (Richard) at the time. He said he will arrange someone to fix it. He said he will call me early in the following week and I can come in to get the dent fixed. The following week, I waited until Tuesday end of the day. No one called me so I called in to follow up. They told me Richard is OOO and not sure when he will return….. Later the week, they eventually called me, I came in and they fixed the dent. Throughout the process, this Caliber Collision didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience caused for me. I will likely not to choose Caliber Collision again, and I will recommend my friends to not do so as well.
