Great customer service. Caliber Collision went above and beyond. I dropped off a dirty and damaged vehicle and picked up a shiny and clean repaired car. Work came out great. If there is a local Caliber Collision shop when I need a repair, I can’t imagine going elsewhere. Twice, now, years apart, I’ve had Caliber fix my car—both times, the repair cost less than I anticipated, was completed sooner than projected, and was invisible when completed. Thank you!

The only issue is with the windows after the car was detailed. The sticker was still on the front window when washed, so that section is still dirty. Also the inside of the windows are streaky, which is a distraction when driving at night.

Maybe too many emails with little useful content. Better to be specific when you email a customer than to make a general statement like "we're applying the finishing touches." That doesn't tell me anything useful. All I want to know is "your car will be ready on x date" or "please call, we have a problem". But overall the customer service was excellent and the repair quality was excellent.
