Very happy with the repair. Car looks new! I am very glad with the final quote as it's almost same as the initial estimate. Car was also cleaned which I didn't ask for but very appreciate. Thank you for the great job!

I brought in my vehicle for an assessment. The person doing so originally said the damage wasn't severe and they could buff it out. They did so and brought it back and said i was good. I pressed the issue as my vehicle is a lease and I was worried if there was damage they couldn't see from the outside I would be on the hook for it. I was told it was fine. I kept pressing the issue and while she looked it over she asked me if a crack on a piece of my rear bumper was always there. I repeated that my it had been replaced before and was brand new. They said I could get it replaced and I said of course I need it like it was before I was rear ended. A day after I dropped it off I was informed the damage was worse than they thought and a small piece of my bumper needing to be replaced turned into the shoe thing. Which means had I not pressed the issue my vehicle would have left unrepaired.

Monica was great to work with! She was very kind and professional. Repairs were timely and really well done.
