Brandon was amazing. My vehicle was going to take alot of work. Brandon made that clear. He kept me updated at all times, even with the push backs. NOT Caliber's fault! I would recommend Caliber Surprise and Brandon anyone!

My recent repair experience with Caliber Collision was fantastic from start to finish. The service advisor was always there to answer my calls, which made the whole process feel so smooth and reassuring. They finished the job sooner than expected, and I really appreciated how they took into consideration that I have a family and was relying on a rental car. They did everything possible to get my car done quicker, which made a big difference for us. The work itself was perfect—the paint job, the placement, everything looked flawless and exactly as it should. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Please pass along a huge “job well done” to the entire team—I’m grateful for their hard work and care!

The car looks like new. The body shop did an awesome job. The only comments I have is the trunk latch needs adjustment, doesn’t close and latch easily. The car was sitting at the shop for around 6 weeks. If the decision to repair the car was made sooner, it wouldn’t have taken so long.

It started off as a great Time to meet a new body shop unfortunately I needed their help. Just a touch rough through the middle. I thought it was taking way too long for this little Repair, but they finished strong car looks great and I’m very pleased with their customer service and the workday provided me. Thanks guys.
