My experience has been with Caliber has been great! The customer service that I received throughout my time with Caliber was top notch. George kept me informed the whole time & went out of his way to find a used headlight that would match the new one. I will definitely recommend Caliber. The repairs made it look like nothing had happened. The van was detailed to look brand new. Thank you so much for everything!

Delivery of the job was delayed twice, once because the "technician went home". One of the reasons I went with Caliber is because of how long it would take to complete the job. 2 days became 3, then 4. I had to alter my plans at the last minute in order to get the part back from you. I also found 2 flaws in the paint where something gritty is embedded. I didn't notice them until I got home. They are minor, but they're there. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give you guys a 5
