I was very satisfied with the service provided by Caliber Collision, especially Brandon, who greeted and assisted me from the moment I arrived to drop off my vehicle. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from the first time I handed him my keys. What I appreciated most was the confidence and reassurance he gave me throughout the process. He made me feel that my vehicle was in good hands and took the time to explain the quality standards behind the repairs, inspections, calibrations, and all the necessary steps completed before returning the vehicle to its owner. Knowing that these details were being carefully handled gave me peace of mind and eliminated any worries about leaving my vehicle behind.
