Caliber Collision handled our insurance claim with St. Farm. This body shop is a 10 star out of 10. The pre-estimat went smoothly and they ordered the parts and they arrived promptly. The employees worked well together and it was a great experience. They coordinated the car rental for us as well. Great communication with us as well as the insurance company.

The staff and the body shop manager and all of the employees that we had the pleasure of meeting were very pleasant and kept us well informed about the progress of our repairs. Caliber Collision in Sycamore, Il also kept up to date with St. Farm on our auto claim and kept the communication running smooth with Enterprise car rental in DeKalb, Il.. The whole process ran very smoothly and made this experience less stressfull.
