The team did a great job getting what has become a complex body component replaced and it looks awesome. The ONE thing I need to mention, and it’s just me being picky, is that it looks like there is still a distorted panel gap between the front left fender/hood/headlight. I’m not even sure if it’s correctable, or how much effort would be required to troubleshoot it, but it’s a really minor thing. Overall though this is the second experience I’ve had with Caliber and I’m really happy with the diligence this team shows in the work they do. Thanks!

I always take note to see if a service provider goes above and beyond…even if it’s a simple thing…and was pleasantly pleased when I noticed that someone took the time to secure the rubber seal on my driver’s door. Anyone can do their job…but my continued business is earned through a small gesture to help me out.
