From the moment I contacted Caliber I was shocked at how quick, professional, and friendly the staff was. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know that needs work done on their vehicles. The young lady at the front desk was an absolute joy to speak with and Derek that was in charge of my vehicles service was on top of every aspect of service. He kept in contact, explained everything thoroughly and was there to answer any and all questions I had for him.

Caliber made things very easy with getting the assessment on my car done and then getting my appointment booked at a time that worked best for me. Derek kept me informed of the progress on my car and got things done quickly. My car looks great and they were even able to get the final amount lower than what they originally quoted me. Everyone I dealt with at caliber was great and very helpful. They even washed and vacuumed my car which was a great added bonus! I would definitely go back to them if I need repairs in the future.
