It took me 50 min to drop my keys of and pick up the rental. I honestly would'nt have recommended your business to anyone due to this, if not for the superior job Jonathan did in getting all the repairs done for the price I needed. He saved a customer and my recommendations to others. It may be enterprise that took so long on drop off, but that still comes back to you as you offer that service. It needs to be corrected.

The light bulb in the left headlamp fell out on our drive home from caliber collision. Upon inspection, it is clear that the repair to the left headlamp doesn't come close to how the right headlamp is constructed. Very poor workmanship. I will be returning the vehicle.
