I was very impressed how efficiently the whole process went. The assessment of the damages and cost was clearly explained. I was kept updated regularly and my questions answered promptly. I actually felt like my car drove better than before as I went home.

I was overwhelmed with the care Caliber exhibited to my 2008 Toyota Highlander. The wrinkled metal was gone!!!. But my, my the whole car shined like "new money" due to a wax job. And the interior had been vacuumed and dusted. Keep up the good work Caliber!!!

There is one tiny mark from the painting that i will bring the car back in to address. I picked it up Friday evening in the rain amd did not see the spot then. Otherwise it is perfect.
