I believe that caliber collision is the only place to go to get your car fixed they even did me a solid and clean my car inside and out and I did not even ask them to do that it blew my mind beyond belief

Overall, I believe the shop was good. Especially after redeeming the missed due date by towing the vehicle out so my son had transportation. Retuning calls and sticking with the promised Tues/Thurs updates would be appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was called and told I would get an updated call every Tues and Thur . Understanding the fact that this repair was around the holidays, I can give some leniency for the busy times. However, I never received a call to update me on those designated Tues or Thurs. And out of at least 8 calls made by me to the shop, only 2 calls were returned to me when promised.
