Caliber Collision provided an outstanding repair experience, and I’m genuinely impressed with the final results. Jade was an excellent caliber collision associate. She was professional, well spoken, and felt like an excellent resource for any questions I had about my car’s service. I feel that if this woman isn’t given at least two raises or promotions than caliber collision is doing her a disservice and her excellent customer service skills are better utilized else where. I will happily recommend the Temecula shop to any friends or family and tell them to ask for Jade specifically.
