I would have liked an updated estimate after the original estimate. It seems the grill was not approved to replace. I would have liked to know that before picking up my car.

I recently had my truck repaired at Caliber Collision after an accident, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely amazing. They kept me updated throughout the entire process with text messages, followed up regularly, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my truck. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful, and they made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. When I got my truck back, it looked fantastic! Great communication, great customer service, and great work all around. I would 100% recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs. They truly took care of me and my truck! Oh and they had my repair done in less than a week!!
