My vehicle was actually repaired twice, two separate incidents within the last couple months. The body work that was done was outstanding. The rest of the panels were replaced. The only reason i rate it a 9 is due to the swirl marks that I had them fix before I would take it home and that there are some small dirt particles that I noticed were in the new clear coat.
