I have utilized this shop for all my repairs historically and would endorse the shop based on the staffs engagement and proffesionalism. I would suggest if utilized that a detailed inspection be conducted prior to receiving vehicle the time to return for re-work is difficult to coordinate with personal schedules.

I decided to pick up the vehicle during my lunch hour in order not to miss any work. While inspecting my vehicle for pick-up at the repair shop it was identified that the screws utilized to remount the front license plate were too long and had actually pierced the new finish on the bumper. The shop offered to repair the damage but it would take another half day to rectify. I declined as the rental car had already been turned in and the logistics and time to recoordinate was more than I had anticipated on a already tight schedule. I decided to inspect the vehilce more thouroughly that evening after I arrived home and found out the battery terminals had not been tightened, there were still parts in the engine compartment (bulbs from the old headlight), cables were not properly secured (not properly clipped into the chassis) and numerous body panel clips broken and or missing.
