The only reason we're even considering using them for our second vehicle is because the appointment is already scheduled and it would take a lot of work through the insurance company to put a stop-payment on the insurance check and have it issued to a new place. For us to use Caliber again, they'd have to knock our socks off. Additionally, we will not only not recommend Caliber's Temple location, we'll actively warn our friends and family away from using Caliber.

The work they did is fine, but they didn't look at the backup camera like we had requested, they skipped work on part if the vehicle that was a slight defect from the factory, the second time we came to pick up the truck it was filthy and the previously-mentioned work hadn't been done, and their communication with us through the repair process was abysmal.

The first TWO times we went to pick up the truck it wasn't ready. They were supposed to call us back on several questions we had discussed with them and they never did. They lost our appointment to begin with (originally had both our vehicles scheduled), so we had to push back our second vehicle a month (we're questioning whether or not we want to work with Caliber again).

I was frequently told I'd be called back when I called during the process, but never was. The employees were always courteous, however.
