The staff was friendly and made the entire experience a complete breeze. Jeff was incredible when it came to communicating any potential delays, things they discovered once they pulled parts of the car apart, being completely transparent, providing a detailed list of the parts labor, materials, and other expenses. . Listing the costs of each. They then show the cost that insurance will cover and your out-of-pocket responsibility. Jeff was always quick to clarify any confusion that I had about any part of the process. They even helped with my rental car having it delivered to me there at on site and when I went to pick up my vehicle when it was finished, I was able to leave the rental car there at the collision shop and the Enterprise came and picked up the rental car with no hassle. I didn’t even I have to wait. I can’t recommend caliber collision high enough. They get 10 stars from me. I hope I never have to use them ever again. But, in the case that I do, they most definitely will be the first place that I will call.!
