Caliber communicated effectively with Enterprise on my behalf needing a rental, both in having them pick me up at drop off, and having Enterprise pick up my car at Caliber upon pick up of my car. The communication of the timeline for repair was consistent and detailed. I was explained the work performed at pickup. From the front desk to the garage everyone was super friendly, accommodating and informative.
