I would give Caliber a higher rating but a calamity of issues caused them to keep my car for 22 days. I understood the damage to the roof of the car would be precarious to repair and that ended up being the case. So they had to wait on a new roof, then the windshield broke when it was being removed from the car. The replacement windshield had imperfections Caliber wouldn't accept (Thank you), and then the clear coat started to bubble up and they found a problem with the paint booth that resulted in the car having to be moved to a different Caliber shop. Then they were having an issue recalibrating the new windshield which resulted in the car being driven to their shop to rectify that issue. Finally got the car back and drove several hundred miles from Denver and the windshield has an air leak. Just wow! I was supposed to be in Denver for the month of July and this whole fiasco really placed a dark cloud over the trip.

We found one little thing not fixed they were super nice about it said to bring it back at our convenience and they said they would try and fix a scratch not associated with the original damage as a courtesy 🙏🏻 great company and they gave updates every few days via text on the work being done . Highly , highly recommend!
