Well calibration took longer than expected and had the headlight installed is the wrong one so I had to wait another week to get the correct light in. Other than that Dan was fantastic very customer oriented, and my other car they had to work on left a smudge up by the center lights, the tech forgot to replace the visor clip and the door they worked on was squeaking. They fixed everything the same day. So again customer service is the best just make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. That's why I give an 8. I would not take my car anywhere else for body mechanics
