Ben was AWESOME! Thanks to his awesome service I will be keeping this particular location in mind for any future repairs I need. I appreciate that from the start, the repair person Anthony, walked us through the process. When walking through the damages he made sure that all the damage we seen was noted. He advised early on that there may be additional repairs needed as they start the tear down. I received updates from him on Tuesday & Thursdays as he stated he would do. He was very up front and thorough with his assessments and updates.

I won’t ever go back and am telling people about my experience. It’s ridiculous. Way too much money was paid for the work. Buying new oem parts painted and installing would have been much cheaper. I’m in awe about how much of a scam this was. Absolutely letting everyone know to stay away

Everything was done poorly. Nothing aligned at all, used parts and aftermarket were used instead of oem despite $7,000 charge. Huge panel gaps, tons of orange peel, alignment off, headlights stuck out different amounts.
