The tire issue really frustrated me. I have to go get new tires and the one that was put on wasn't even the right kind. I would like a refund for the tire that was put on since I have to go get new tires still

There was one major issue and one small issue. My tire was replaced, but I have all wheel drive, so I actually needed 4 new tires. Caliber simply put one new tire on and charged me for it. Now I have to go buy 4 new tires, and the one they put on and charged me for is a compete waste. I've been trying to call for 3 days now, but no one ever answers the phone. Ideally, I want my money back for the tire you put on so I can go buy a new full set of tires.

I worked with Dawn while my car was at ur shop. She was so personable, kind and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I’m also a flight attendant and expressed to her that my work takes me out of town. And that I needed to pick the car up on certain days. She made sure that it was finished and that I could pick it up when I was in town. Not out of town and charged extra by my insurance company for a rental car that should have been returned when the car was finished being repaired. It was a wonderful experience. Dawn is VERY valued and appreciated!
