I had an amazing experience with the location in Arvada. My experience with this Thornton location has turned me off for good.

My car was returned to me twice with missed repairs and new damage. Dawn was the only one trying to fix things for me while the old white blonde lady, old Mexican guy with the slicked back hair and a short white guy tried to convince Dawn to have me leave with my car with my dash lit up and my clear bra missing. The old white blonde lady forced my rear view mirror into place (it doesn’t move correctly now) so I could leave with my car because she did not want to call a tech out to fix it properly. Within the week I had my car, I’ve found grease stains and finger prints and scratches throughout my interior. There are cracks in my paint that weren’t there and a part of my roof wasn’t fixed.

Dawn is nice and acknowledged my concerns. There is a huge lack of professionalism and courtesy from several people at this location (described in previous comment) which is concerning considering 4/5 people I interacted with were 10-25 years older than me.

7 because staff were courteous but not a 10 because they tried to convince me nothing as wrong with battery when I picked up car even though it wouldn’t start.

It would have been a 10 but when I picked up my car, my new battery was dead. It would have been nice if my car had a test drive before I picked it up and I wouldn’t have been stuck at a store parking lot.
