Once the work was able to get started, they were quick and looked very nice. Even seemed as if they vacuumed out the van.

Took two month from the time I originally brought the van in til the estimate was finally written. When I called about it, they said they would get on it. Then I got a call they couldn’t fix the van for it being electric and then another call the same day to schedule a time to drop it off. After we figured that all out, the process was quick and smooth.

Besides the work they did on my vehicle, which was perfect! I really love how they constantly keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle through automated texts. The text let's you know how far along the repair is with a status bar and an estimated completion date, which seems to constantly shorten. Jason Maveal was easy to work with and understand. Jason even helped me on a different claim for the same accident with my insurance company regarding mechanical repairs; I was able to get reimbursed at about 90%, when it seemed hopeless at one point. Highly recommended Caliber on Central, near Sylvania, Ohio.
