Took vehicle in on 03/20, was previously told it would take 4 days. It actually took 14 days as someone had forgotten to order parts. The road test revealed a rattle, so I was told that they would contact my insurance and get back to me and I could take the car in the meantime. Still waiting, it is over a week....
