From the time I entered the building, the staff was very polite and friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle. All my questions were answered. I received updates on the progress of the repair and the anticipated date of completion was spot on. I will recommend the Caliber Collision to anyone who needs any automotive assistance. Caliber Collision is a perfect 10 and then some. The staff you meet as you enter the building set the tone for everything else. I was greeted with smiles and courtesy. I felt very comfortable and confident and trusting turning my vehicle over to the staff. I was very satisfied and pleased with the work on my vehicle. The anticipated time to be repaired was right on point. I appreciated the feedback of keeping me informed of the progress being made during the repair. The repair looks great and the office staff, Holly and Emily, were very helpful in moving the process along so that I got the car back in seven days vs. twelve days. Saved me a lot of rental dollars. The Tech who discussed the repair with me, prior to working on the car, was also very helpful.

Fortunately, the office staff (Holly and Emily) were very helpful in expediting the return of the car to me, saving me 5 extra days of rental. I really appreciated that consideration because my insurance did not cover the entire cost of renting a car.

I don’t have insurance for a rental and they got my car done a little early. Also, my insurance company didn’t cover a few things so I talked to them. When they approved it, they got everything finished in a day.!
