My service writer was very easy to work with. The communication between insurance and shop was sub par. The manager treated me as if I was stupid and was rude. The shop would not accept cash for payment, and treated me as a criminal for paying in cash. The work that was performed was ok at best.

The manager of the store was rude and had no business interrupting the service writer while I was talking with her. The call center that I talked to before talking to the shop barely spoke English and was incredibly hard to understand. When I asked them to repeat themselves because I didnt understand, they got very rude.

The car looks amazing after the repair. Looks like nothing happened. I wish we could have added the other dings and blemishes to the repair but we aren't financially ready for that. Hahaha. But yes! Overall; the job looks fantastic!!

We did have to return to the shop because it seems they may have forgotten to reconnect a wiring for the driver door's lock/unlock sensor on the door handle but they fixed it really quick. The car looks really good, like nothing happened.
