Don't think I've had enough time to look over the repairs but the vehicle was looking very much up to my standards. Once we get everything connected it will be time to take them up to go see the mountain, maybe do some 4 wheeling trail hunting and a few other things that don't add up.

Not a single body line matches up. There is crinkled metal under my hood. The hood is not correct, not even the same style or shape. There are runs, and cloudy areas in my paint, the paint also does not match. Parts that said they were replaced were not. There are hammer marks on the fender wall. The head light is pointing straight down. There is a weird sound coming from the engine and aome dragging. Oh and I have full coverage, the person who hit me was not covered. It's a leased vehicle, which requires OEM parts, nothing was OEM

There was no good communication. I was told I needed only pay the deductible but when I paid, there was an aditional 40 charge. I now have to take my car back which I was told would have been done 4 days before it was, and no rental car coverage. So again due to laziness and cutting corners, I will be without a car because some one hit me and didnt have insurance. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had.

Great Service and they are very kind plus keeping me updated on when my car will be ready and then to top it off It ended being ready a day early. If I have another need which I am hoping I don't. I will feel good going the them.
