I had good experience in the past with this company- this experience missed the mark. Really disappointed. Some stuff that was marked to be repaired didnt get repaired. My trunk has to be slammed in order for it to close, the plastic lining by my trunk sticks out by about 2 cm, weather stripping is now damaged due to having to slam my trunk in order for it to latch. Trunk latch was marked to be replaced due to damage from my accident and it didnt get replaced. The service tech ripped up my trunk carpet and said he would replace it because he broke it right in front of us and it also wasnt replaced.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop! My 2020 Ford Fusion was shifting a little weird, but I figured it was just “normal wear” and I’d live with it. Dropped it off for what I thought was routine service, and these guys went above and beyond. They caught a developing transmission issue that I had NO idea was there (something that could have left me stranded or cost me thousands down the road). They explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what was wrong, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They got the repair done fast, the car shifts smoother than the day I bought it, and the bill was completely fair. The shop is spotless, everyone is friendly and professional, and they even texted me updates with pictures while the work was being done. If you want a shop you can actually trust (one that looks out for you instead of just looking for your wallet), this is the place. I’m telling everyone I know to bring their cars here. Thank you for saving my transmission and my sanity! Already looking forward to my next visit (which I’m sure will just be routine maintenance because these guys fixed it right the first time). 10/10 – will never take my car anywhere else!

It looks great, there was obviously care taken when it came to fixing my vehicle. The only reason it’s a 9 and not a 10 is because I’m having a small issue with a headlight that was replaced, but I’m sure it will be fixed. Great customer service overall!
